Is Try Freediving the right programme for me?
The Try Freediving programme is designed to give a basic introduction to freediving in a safe and supportive environment. It allows you to gain confidence and comfort under the guidance of one of our experienced instructors. It does not give you the skills to freedive without instructor supervision. If your aim is to be able to train with a club, or safely freedive with a buddy (but without an instructor), you should be completing the Level 1 course. Having said that, the Try Freeding programme may be a great stepping-stone to increase your comfort and confidence before doing a Level 1 course.
