Regular shipping

Regular shipping means that if you order an in-stock item, we will dispatch it as soon as practicable after receipt of payment via the Australia Post “Parcel Post” service, which is typically 2-6 business days (from the time of dispatch) for metro areas. For country areas you should check with your local post office for delivery times (we are located in metro Brisbane). If the item is bought on back-order, we will advise you when we are expected to receive it, and the item will be shipped by Parcel Post once we have it.

If it is a custom item (Molchanovs bifins, Molchanovs monofin, or Molchanovs wetsuit), it will be shipped directly to you from the factory by international Express Mail Service, and delivered by Australia Post. Different items have different production times. Orders for multiple items will be consolidated and sent once everything is ready. If you want items to be shipped as they are ready, additional charges will apply.

Rush order

Items that we hold in stock will be dispatched as soon as practicable after receipt of payment via the Australia Post “Express Post” service, which is next business day delivery (from the time of dispatch) for all capital cities except Perth and Darwin. To other areas, Australia Post uses the fastest possible transport links and you should check with your local post office for delivery times (we are located in metro Brisbane). If the item is bought on back-order, we will advise you when we are expected to receive it, and the item will be shipped by Express Post once we have it.

If it is a custom item (Molchanovs bifins, Molchanovs monofin, or Molchanovs wetsuit) the rush fee reduces the production time by promoting your order in the production queue. Once ready, your order will be shipped directly to you from the factory by international Express Mail Service, and delivered by Australia Post. Orders for multiple items will be consolidated and sent once everything is ready. If you want items to be shipped as they are ready, additional charges will apply. In addition, separate rush fees apply for each item. If you wish to shorten production time on all items ordered, additional charges will apply.

Shipping FAQ

I am located in Brisbane, can I pickup my order instead of paying for shipping?
Local pickup is possible, however, as we do not have a physical storefront this must be done by prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange this.

I want to book a course/depth training/travel but my cart is still showing shipping.
As we run an e-commerce platform with both events and physical products, we must have shipping. If you are only buying a course/depth training/travel product from us, the shipping should show a zero amount and the type of shipping you choose will not affect anything about your order.

I want to book depth training and purchase a lanyard. Do I still have to pay shipping if I want you to bring the lanyard to the depth training?
If you are joining us on a Brisbane/Straddie course or depth training , we can certainly arrange this. Use the coupon code bringit if you would like to purchase and have us bring a lanyard, nose clip, weight belt, bag, or EQ trainer on your course or depth training day (this coupon reduces shipping on these items to zero). Please note this is not available for Gold Coast-based courses or depth training.
