To get the most out of your training, it’s essential to have a training plan that is specific to your goals, your level of freediving, and that complements the time and equipment/facilities you have available to you. Let our team of experienced and accomplished instructors create specific training plans that fit in with your lifestyle and work toward your goals.
To start with, you will have an initial consultation call with your coach, so that they can get to know you, what you want to achieve, how much time you can dedicate to training, and what tools you have at your disposal to help you train. Each week, your coach will send you a personalised training plan. At the end of each week you will have a call with your coach to touch base to discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly in your week of training. These discussions mean that your training plan is continuously updated, ensuring it stays relevant to you, your situation, and your goals.
The cost is $40 per week, or $120 per month (depending on which payment option you sign up for). We will organise weekly or monthly direct debit of your credit card. There is no minimum time obligation, and you can opt-out at any time.
